The INSPIRE Approach

Recovery with
Intent

01

Assessment
First. Always.

Most people who come to us have already tried something that didn’t work. That’s usually because the real problem was never properly identified.

Before we treat anything, we watch how you move, ask the right questions, and figure out what’s actually going on. Not just where it hurts.

Assessment
02

Hands-On.
Not Machine-Led.

We don’t sit you on a machine and leave the room.

Every session is hands-on. We work on your joints, your tissue, and your movement directly.

It takes more time and more precision, but it’s what actually gets people better.

Manual therapy
03

Rehab Built
Around Performance.

Pain going away isn’t the finish line. It’s the starting point.

We keep working until you’re moving well, loading properly, and ready to get back to your sport without second-guessing your body.

Equipment & Modalities

The Right Tool.
The Right Stage.

We use equipment when it adds value, not as a default, and not instead of proper assessment. Each modality below serves a specific role at a specific stage. What we use depends on the injury, the tissue, and where you are in recovery.

01

Musculoskeletal
Ultrasound

We use musculoskeletal ultrasound to see what we can’t assess by hand alone — tendon integrity, joint fluid levels, soft tissue changes.

Most clinics send you to a radiologist and wait for a report. We use it in session, immediately, as part of how we diagnose and treat.

Tendon pathology  ·  Joint assessment

Ultrasound-guided treatment in session
02

Electromagnetic
Therapy

Bone stress injuries, chronic tendon pathology, tissue that isn’t responding to active treatment alone. EM fields support cellular repair in structures with limited blood supply. Used at the right stage of healing, not as a first-line shortcut.

Bone stress  ·  Chronic tendon  ·  Wound healing

03

Electrical Muscle
Stimulation

We use the Compex SP 8.0, a professional-grade EMS device built for performance athletes. It reactivates inhibited muscles post-injury, rebuilds proper recruitment patterns, and accelerates recovery during high-load training weeks. Specific to complex cases and athletes with significant inhibition.

Muscle inhibition  ·  Post-op reactivation  ·  In-season recovery

04

Objective Strength
Testing

We use a dynamometer to measure actual muscle output, not feel, not estimated time. Limb symmetry index, peak force, fatigue ratios. When you ask whether you’re ready to return to sport, this is how we answer with a number instead of a guess.

Return-to-sport clearance  ·  Progress tracking  ·  Load benchmarking

05

Dry Needling

Intramuscular needling to deactivate trigger points and restore normal muscle length in groups where manual release hasn’t been enough. Ultrasound guidance applied where depth or accuracy matters. Part of a treatment session, not a standalone appointment.

Trigger points  ·  Deep tissue  ·  Guided precision

06

Sports Massage
& Cupping

Load management for in-season athletes. Deep tissue work to reduce soreness, restore tissue mobility, and keep training volume sustainable. Cupping for surface tissue and fascial restrictions. Scheduled as part of a structured recovery plan, not booked as a standalone feel-good session.

In-season recovery  ·  Tissue mobility  ·  High-load management
